Your hat size.
Determining your hat size is so easy: Run a tape measure (or string) around the circumference of your head an inch or so above your ears, leaving just enough wiggle room to fit your finger between your head and the tape/string. If using a tape measure, there's your hat diameter; if you use a string, piece of ribbon, or similar, then compare with a ruler (or use a phone app) to measure the length value.

Caring for your baby.
We created your hat with love. Show her a bit of love in return, and she'll last and last.
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, except national holidays, scheduling for Monday through Friday delivery.
Please allow up to 2 days of handling for "in stock" items (up to 4 days during holiday season). For example, if you request overnight shipping, the shipping clock starts on the ship date, which, again, is 2-4 days after we receive your order. Please let us know if you absolutely need your item sooner; we will try our best!
By comparison, we fabricate on-demand jewelry, hats, apparel, you guessed it, on demand. We typically start the process within a business day of receiving your order; production plus delivery of on-demand items spans two to six weeks.
Dominique Cohen creates stunning bespoke jewelry, hats, and apparel. Production schedules vary, as you can imagine, with design intricacy and other factors, all of which we map out with you during the custom design ordering process.
We ship via FedEx, overnight by default to limit chance of theft; we highly recommend choosing a longer journey only if you absolutely must. Rates stem from your delivery location.
Because of the high value of your Dominique Cohen package, it must be signed for by an adult. FedEx recently changed its policies to no longer offer home delivery for such packages. We apologize the inconvenience, however it is a vital security protocol.
We ship to the FedEx location nearest your ship-to address. You absolutely can request a different FedEx / FedEx Office location: Simply note your preference within the Notes field of your order (just below the "add to bag" button).
We cannot ship to PO boxes.
