We fabricate our "on-demand" pieces, you guessed it, on demand: Production plus delivery typically takes two to four weeks total for on-demand jewelry, and three to four weeks for on-demand hats.
By comparison, we fabricate "in-stock" jewelry and hats on an ongoing basis; we try to keep a small cache on hand and so can typically ship those pieces within 48 hours (business days) of receiving your order. With hats, for example, we try to keep size 7 (average size) in stock, and make the others as requested by you, our beloved clients.

We process (and ship) orders monday through friday, except national holidays, for monday through friday delivery.
We fabricate in-stock jewelry on an ongoing basis to keep a small cache on hand. We typically ship your in-stock jewelry within two business days (up to four during holiday season) of receiving your order. For example, if you order overnight shipping with your order, the shipping clock starts on the ship date, which, again, is 2-4 days after we receive your order. Let us know if you absolutely need your item sooner, and we will try our absolute best.
By comparison, we fabricate on-demand jewelry, you guessed it, on demand. We typically start the process within a business day of receiving your order; production plus delivery of on-demand jewelry typically spans two to six weeks.
Dominique Cohen creates stunning bespoke jewelry — and now bespoke hats as well! Production schedule varies, as you can imagine, with design intricacy and other factors, all of which we discuss with you during the bespoke design process.
We ship via FedEx, overnight by default to limit chance of theft; we highly recommend choosing a longer journey only if you absolutely must. Rates stem from your delivery location.
Because of the high value of your Dominique Cohen package, it must be signed for by an adult. FedEx recently changed its policies to no longer offer home delivery for such packages. We apologize for any inconvenience; several packages have been stolen this past year whenFedEx delivery personnel left boxes on doorsteps without enforcing the adult-signature-required part of the delivery contract, so we really must insist on that safety aspect.
So, we now delivery to the FedEx location nearest your ship-to address. You can pick up (and sign for) your beautiful cargo at a different FedEx (including FedEx Office) location, if you like: Simply specify the preferred FedEx within your order's Notes.
We cannot ship to PO boxes.
